Ingredients
Scale- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
- Rinse the rice and place it in a large bowl with the cinnamon sticks and 2 cups of water.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
- Remove the cinnamon sticks and pour the rice mixture into a blender.
- Add the remaining 2 cups of water and blend until the rice is finely ground and the mixture is smooth.
