Ginger-Cucumber Lemonade

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup peeled and sliced ginger
  • 1/2 cup peeled and sliced cucumber
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice
  • Lemon slices and cucumber slices, for garnish

 


Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine lemon juice, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves.
  2. In a blender, puree ginger and cucumber until smooth. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, discarding any solids.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine ginger-cucumber puree, lemon syrup, and 4 cups water. Stir to combine.
  4. Serve over ice with lemon slices and cucumber slices for garnish. Enjoy your refreshing Ginger Cucumber Lemonade!
