Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
12 flour tortillas
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
