Description
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (such as raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries)
- 4 cups water
- Ice
- Lemon slices and fresh berries, for garnish
Ingredients
- In a small saucepan, combine lemon juice, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves.
- In a blender, puree mixed berries until smooth. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, discarding any solids.
- In a large pitcher, combine berry puree, lemon syrup, and 4 cups water. Stir to combine.
- Serve over ice with lemon slices and fresh berries for garnish.
