Loaded Cowboy Salad

Our Loaded Cowboy Salad is inspired by our popular dip, Cowboy Caviar, which is typically served with chips like salsa. In this version, the tasty dip is transformed into a delicious salad.

Whenever I’m asked to bring a salad to an event, I always feel a bit anxious. I’m particular about what I bring and want to ensure it’s really good. That’s why I constantly experiment with new salad recipes each year, like Caprese Salad, Elote Salad, Broccoli Salad, and my favorite King and I-style macaroni salad.

To store this salad, put it in a large bowl, cover it with a paper towel to absorb the moisture, and then cover the whole bowl with really tight plastic wrap and refrigerate.
