- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 cups water
- Ice
- Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the diced mangoes until smooth.
- In a large pitcher, combine the mango puree, freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey, and water. Stir well until everything is well combined.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness as needed, adding more honey if desired.
- Add ice to the pitcher and stir again.
- Serve the Mango Lemonade in glasses filled with ice, and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
