Mango Lemonade

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice
  • Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the diced mangoes until smooth.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the mango puree, freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey, and water. Stir well until everything is well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness as needed, adding more honey if desired.
  4. Add ice to the pitcher and stir again.
  5. Serve the Mango Lemonade in glasses filled with ice, and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
