Oven-baked potato wedges

  • Potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Seasonings: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, lemon pepper, red pepper flakes

 

 

 


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Scrub and dry potatoes, cut into wedges.
  3. Whisk olive oil and seasonings in a small bowl.
  4. Coat the wedges with the mixture in a zip-top bag.
  5. Spread the wedges on the baking sheet in an even layer.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, flip with a spatula, then bake for 15-20 more minutes until golden and crisp.
