- 8 oz. soba noodles
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- In a large bowl, toss together the cooked soba noodles, chopped scallions, and sesame seeds.
- Pour the dressing over the noodles and toss to combine.
- Serve the sesame soba noodles cold or at room temperature.
